- Honor the 50th anniversary of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and protect funding for disabled students
- Protect and enforce civil rights
- Protect language rights, physical, and access to health and mental health care, education, and employment
- Defend and support disabled people targeted by government attacks, including immigrants and LGBTQIA+ individuals
- Improve physical, digital, and communication accessibility
- Improve education outcomes and language access for students who are Deaf or hard of hearing (ASL & English)
- Support voluntary, community-based, peer led mental health services and supports
- Include Certified Peers alongside navigators to assist with Medi-Cal eligibility, enrollment, and retention
- Oppose forced mental health treatment, unnecessary interactions with law enforcement, incarceration, or institutionalization.
- Oppose state cuts to health care and HCBS for all communities
- Oppose health care cuts for immigrants
- End the criminalization of people with disabilities
